MBGC operates in the township of Cascade, Michigan, near Grand Rapids, and just east of the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.

♦How long has MBGC been in business?
MBGC has been providing cookies to our loyal clients since 1994. Each order is handmade and packed fresh.

♦Do you have store locations?
Although we do not operate retail stores, MBGC can be found locally (the metro Grand Rapids, Michigan area) at coffee houses that sell our cookies both individually and by the dozen. For a list of locations, please contact us.

♦Do you customize orders?
Yes! MBGC has a section on the ordering page (link) dedicated to this very request. Just click on ‘special request’ and answer the questions posed. Someone will be glad to help with any special request that you may have!

♦What are your shipping rates?
All orders are sent via Federal Express. Ground delivery by Federal Express takes between 1-4 business days, depending upon the destination. No Sunday delivery is offered. Please refer to shipping rates for details that will help you determine accurate shipping timeframes to ensure that your orders arrive on time.

♦May I request a specific ship date?
Yes. When entering the recipient’s shipping information, you may specify any ship date. Shipments are available Monday through Friday only (excluding federal holidays).

♦Are checks accepted for payment?
MBGC cannot accept check payments through our Web site. However, checks are accepted for orders placed by mail when accompanied by a completed order form.
