MONICA'S BEST is located in the township of Cascade, Michigan, east of Grand Rapids, MI.

2. How long has Monica's Best been in business?
MONICA'S BEST has been mailing cookies to clients since 1994. Each order is hand-made and packed fresh.

3. Do you have store locations?
At this time we do not have any store locations. However, there are coffee houses that do sell the cookies individually and by the dozen.

4. Do you customize orders?
Yes! MONICA'S BEST has a page designated for your specific request. Just click, and answer the questions. If you still are not finding your need filled, just leave an email for customer service and we will be glad to help with your request.

5. What are your shipping rates?
All orders are sent using Federal Express. Ground delivery by Federal Express, is anywhere from 1-4 business days, depending on the state your order is sent to. No Sunday delivery. Please see shipping rates for details to accurately ship your orders to arrive on time.

6. May I request a specific ship date?
Yes, when entering the recipient shipping information, you may specify a later ship date between M-F.

7. Are checks accepted?
MONICA'S BEST cannot accept orders paid with checks through our website. Checks can only be accepted when sent to the address below and accompanied with your order. Please allow extra time for mailing your request prior to the ship date of your order.
