Today’s lunch tasted absolutely great and the presentation was spot on; a very classy spin on a sandwich buffet.
Your presentations like today, I have SUCH an appreciation for all of the little things that you do, having them all look so amazingly fresh, the dish of mints, having the prefect amount of dressing on your salads, the simple addition of some colored peppers into the burrito really gives a burst of flavor. I could go on and on.
If it was not for that person who gave me a box of your cookies years ago when I was working at Amway, and my curiosity to know who was behind these cookies I would not be able to sit here today and shrug off any other caterers suggested to me, because you have set the bar to catering service and quality.
